ZODIAC ADVANCED LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

An advanced leadership programme specifically designed for the challenges of today’s hybrid work.


Learn to maintain quality and safety culture in volatile times, motivate and manage hybrid teams, influence others, and adopt mental wellbeing tools to avoid burnout.

This intensive programme led by master facilitators Crystal Lim-Lange and Dr Greg Lim-Lange will be highly experiential, and in a small-group format to provide individual guidance and live coaching, using real life and BMAC industry specific examples.

Programme Format

Total training time: 2-day face to face retreat & 2 x 1-hour virtual coaching over 1 month.

Participants are asked to submit a case study at the end of the programme.

Day 1 Curriculum

Quality, Safety and Inclusion Culture and Mindsets

  • How does psychological safety impact quality and safety culture

  • Understanding the 4 stages of psychological safety

  • Developing speak up culture

 

Motivating, Influencing and Persuading Across Generations

  • Multi-generational working styles and motivations

  • Motivating talent to join and stay with your team

Day 2 Curriculum

Difficult Conversations Toolbox

  • Techniques for handling difficult conversations

 

Managing Up

  • How to deal with senior stakeholders

 

Hybrid Work Skills

  • Aligning a team and conducting meaningful check-ins

 

Mental Health & Wellbeing 

  • Tools for managers to support their staff and themselves to avoid burnout and enhance awareness

Virtual Coaching

2x 1-hr Virtual Coaching

Participants are put into small coaching groups and assigned a Forest Wolf coach.

Groups will have 2 coaching calls to integrate learning and ensure application at work.

Live training components (2-day retreat & virtual coaching) will take place over 1 month.

Case Study

2-page case study on how the participant has tried out their learning from Zodiac Advanced Leadership Programme and applied it in their workplace.

Participants will have approximately 2 months to complete the case study.

  • Difficult conversations skills – how to give feedback and manage conflict

  • How to cope with change, avoid burnout and develop healthy mindsets

Participants who have completed Zodiac Leadership Programme

Participants can expect to level up in their self-mastery and interpersonal management skills.

 

They will learn:

  • How to increase personal and team resilience through contributing to a culture of psychological safety

  • Enhanced communication and conflict resolution skills to collaborate effectively with cross-generational stakeholders

  • Self-care tips and practices for the new hybrid work environment

1 / Can I join Zodiac Advanced Leadership Programme if I didn’t attend Zodiac training previously?

Yes, we welcome all participants. There will be a recap and review of Zodiac essential skills and models to ensure all Zodiac Advanced participants start the programme on the same page.

2 / What is the difference between Zodiac Advanced Leadership Programme and Zodiac Leadership Programme?

The business environment has gotten way more complex and volatile in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Zodiac Leadership Programme focuses on individual mindsets​, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. This is a foundational course, targeted at first time managers and experienced staff who may benefit from a refresh in mindset and self-mastery skillsets.

The Zodiac Advanced Leadership Programme focuses on team dynamics, how to improve work culture and how to maintain a high performing quality and safety culture, specifically in a manufacturing context. Experienced leaders and individuals will be equipped with the necessary skills and mindsets to navigate the human capital challenges in this new work environment that rapidly evolves.

 

Ideally, participants have completed the Zodiac Leadership Programme prior to attending the Zodiac Advanced Leadership Programme, but this is not mandatory.
